Since 1991 Brouhaha International has:
• Produced 17 international festivals and several
large-scale outdoor projects that now boast an
audience of over 250,000.
• Produced festivals in Hungary, Turkey, Portugal
and France.
• Brought over 350 international companies to the
North West.
• Hosted ten trans-national training programmes
funded through the British Council.
• Co-ordinated over 70 international collaborations
in the UK and abroad.
• Provided opportunities for over 16,000 people to
actively participate in street and carnival arts.

• Developed the largest single piece of carnival arts
