Karlene Mangaroo
General Manager
is responsible for the day-to day running for the organisation, completion of all monitoring requirements and the organisation of logistics of large and small scale events. Ms Karlene Mangaroo has twenty years experience of managing arts and cultural projects in youth and community contexts.
"Patience, good sense of humor, dealing with people and the unexpected are vital elements to my role. My experience at Brouhaha has enabled me to find that 'third space' we all seek in our enjoyment of life".

Uma Ramanathan
Project Development Officer
is responsible for the development and delivery of our annual outreach arts programmes with a range of community groups, she is also responsible for the development of the Liverpool International Mela.
"My role at Brouhaha has been varied, starting as a Carnival costume maker to Project Development Officer. The anticipation, a week before Carnival still catches me unawares".
