Project Development Officer

Ray Allan Mahabir
Liverpool International Carnival Artistic Director
As the Artistic Director of the Liverpool International Carnival his main role in the company is to design and coordinate all the carnival arts outreach projects working alongside culturally diverse artist to achieve a high quality projects. Ray has many years experience of fashion and costume design he has working in the United Kingdom, India, Australia, New Zealand and Trinidad.
