By Brouhaha on May 30, 2014Brouhaha continues to develop relationships for carnival consortium approach to the Creative Employment Programme. Brouhaha will with with several partners including London School of Sambe, M2K, Kinetika, Culturemix Arts, St Paul Carnival, Milestone Foundation and Sunshine Arts to access funds for a sector apprentice/internship scheme with the New Carnival Company in the Isle of White taking the lead.
